Exchange Policy

We understand that the size of the product can be an issue, and we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Our rider will deliver the new pair of shoes at the same time and pick up the old ones from your doorstep. The exchange process takes 4 to 5 working days after the date of the request by the customer.(Rider will charge Rs. 400/- in case of exchange. Any article purchased can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase
*The exchanged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags/labels attached to it.
*In case of minor defects or damages during delivery, Fitrite footwear can offer a discount rather than an exchange
